Accounting Firms Join Forces to Expand Service Offerings

Dallas, Texas – July 10, 2007 –Goldin Peiser & Peiser, LLP (GPP) strengthens its capabilities by merging with Ted Y. Hong, P.C., CPA.

By combining professional staffing resources and client bases, both parties can offer clients additional services and knowledge that spans internationally.

Ted holds a B.S. in industrial management from the National Taiwan University in Taipei, Taiwan. He received a Rotary Scholarship to attend the University of Chicago.

Ted brings with him almost 20 years of experience in the private sector. He currently holds a Board of Director position with the Taiwanese Chamber of Commerce of Dallas/Fort Worth and the Asian American Forum. Previously, he has held leadership positions with the Goodwill Industries of Dallas and with the University of North Texas. Ted’s technical expertise is in his knowledge of inbound/outbound tax implications with U.S. companies doing business with Asia. “This union enables us not only to handle all my current clients attest, tax and accounting needs,” Hong stated, “but will also offer them access to new areas such as Business Consulting, IRS Representation, Business Valuation, Estate Tax and Financial Planning.”

Goldin Peiser & Peiser had a banner year in 2006 with revenues up over 40. “With increased opportunities, we have had to seek out new ways to serve the growing needs of our clients,” said Managing Partner, Allan Peiser. “Ted Hong will contribute to our clients that need access to specialized knowledge in the areas of taxation and cross-border transactions.”
