CPA exam reimbursement and preparation reimbursement
GPP is committed to helping all our professionals and staff advance in their careers. For our professionals on an accounting career track, we will pay all fees up-front for one license of the Becker CPA Exam Review Course for each eligible employee who requests it. Employees are strongly encouraged to complete the course in keeping with the requirements for eligibility for The Becker Promise.
Additionally, the firm will reimburse employees one time for fees associated with the CPA exam (application of intent, eligibility and fingerprinting), as well as for each section of the CPA exam.
Upon successful attainment of CPA licensure, GPP will pay a one-time bonus if the employee successfully attains CPA licensure during the latter of the period ending within one year of joining the firm or meeting the work experience qualifications for CPA certification. Conversely, the firm will pay a one-time bonus if the employee successfully attains CPA licensure during the latter of the period ending within two years of joining the firm or meeting the work experience qualifications for CPA certification.
