Please join us for a CPE/CLE Lunch & Learn on Alternatives to IRS Enforced Collection: Installment Agreements and Accounts Currently Not Collectible with presenters Rick Lahr, CPA and Zach Montgomery, CPA. 

Rick, a Senior Manager at GPP in IRS Services, is a veteran CPA, having served the accounting needs of businesses and individuals since 1981. He joined the team at Goldin Peiser & Peiser, LLP in 1998. As both a CPA and an attorney, Rick is the go-to person on issues relating to tax and the law. He handles IRS problem resolution regarding audits, tax compliance and collection, as well as preparing individual and fiduciary returns.

Zach, a Senior Associate at GPP is an attorney and accountant who works with clients needing defense before the Internal Revenue Services with IRS audits and collection action defense. Zach’s background includes consulting on Texas franchise tax controversies, tax modeling, and audit work, and he also assists individuals and businesses with tax preparation and compliance. He is also part of Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants’ (TSCPA) Relations with IRS Committee.
