Meet the Presenters:

David Boyett is a professional implementer of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS). David has a long history in Dallas. Having grown three different businesses throughout his career, he was recruited to be a Vistage Chair and Coach. He served in this capacity for 12 years chairing 3 groups and serving as Best Practice Chair in two different regions. Then four of his Vistage members started implementing EOS, and David saw how this process can help leaders improve their businesses. His mission is now to help good companies become great.

Jason Cope, CPA is the Goldin Peiser & Peiser partner in charge of the audit department. He is responsible for providing attest services to small businesses and partnerships in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, domestic and international distribution, and healthcare. In addition, he is the go-to person for all issues relating to cybersecurity, internal controls, and fraud.

Kimberly Shapiro is the managing partner at Sage Search (executive search and staffing firm), public speaker, executive coach and podcast co-host of Big Girl Pants Podcast. Kimberly spent the last decade building teams in the staffing industry and developing recruiters to identify top, hard to find talent in the Accounting & Finance space. As a Certified Professional Executive Coach, Kimberly specializes in leadership, career and executive coaching, as well as personal and professional development.

Allan Peiser, CPA is the managing partner and co-founder of Goldin Peiser & Peiser. His initiative, leadership, and responsiveness have been instrumental in assisting clients in various business challenges and opportunities within industries that include manufacturing and distribution, healthcare and construction, with a particular focus on merger and acquisition transactions.

Angie Walters, CPA, CITP is the Goldin Peiser & Peiser partner in charge of the accounting and outsourced CFO departments. Angie has provided services and support to clients and employers in strategic planning, budgeting, and financial analysis, process improvement and documentation, M&A and cash management. She has provided support to executives and boards in areas of business strategy, internal controls, financing, cost containment, cash flow, and due diligence.

Kevin Harris, CPA is the Goldin Peiser & Peiser partner in charge of the tax department. In addition to managing and supervising the tax department, his responsibilities include federal and state tax compliance and consulting in the manufacturing, retail, restaurant and construction industries. A passionate and trustworthy professional, Kevin attributes his success in accounting to his hard work and determination.

Richard Stepler, CPA is a senior tax manager at Goldin Peiser & Peiser. In addition to his supervisory role, he focuses on clients in the oil & gas and manufacturing & distribution industries. Richard also has significant experience with international tax compliance, tax provisions, and with high-net-worth individuals.
