Helen Chen, Tax Manager at GPP, joined the firm in 2013 and provides tax and consulting services to diverse clients in various industries. Helen focuses on international taxation and assists clients with tax planning and compliance under the current tax laws and regulations. Helen grew up in China and immigrated to the U.S. in early 2000.
