initial considerations when selling a business, steps in the M&A process, and pre-transaction individual and business tax planning.

Presenters:

Connie McCarty is a Co-Founder with Rainwater Business Advisors LLC.  She has over 20+ years of experience in Mergers and Acquisitions.  She is a Certificated Public Accountant and has an Accounting degree, Finance degree, and Masters in Taxation.  She began her career at Hunt Petroleum and spent 10+ years at Ernst and Young LLP in the Chicago and Dallas offices. 

Brad Collins is a Co-Founder with Rainwater Business Advisors LLC who grew up in the DFW area and went on to get an Engineering Sales degree at Texas A&M University.  Since then, Brad has experienced 25+ years of successful M&A, sales management, and consulting roles while serving small company clients to fortune 500 businesses.

Allan Peiser is the Co-Founder and managing partner at Goldin Peiser & Peiser and guides the firm’s day-to-day operations, growth, and profitability. He has been instrumental in assisting clients in various business challenges and opportunities in a variety of industries, including manufacturing & distribution, healthcare, and construction. Allan has participated in numerous merger and acquisition transactions combining knowledge of tax and business with extensive and direct practical experience.
