“I strive to serve my clients and prospective clients not only with the utmost professionalism but with a serving heart.”
Crystal joined Goldin Peiser and Peiser in 2015 as an audit manager and now serves as the firm’s director of business development. She is responsible for leading and driving business development initiatives that grow the firm’s client base and identify new prospects in industries including medical, dental, manufacturing and distribution, and real estate and construction.
One of Crystal’s favorite quotes is, “Whatever you do, work at it with all of your heart.” It’s a daily reminder for her to pour out all of her heart into whatever she does, regardless if it’s at work or home. It’s evident that she’s truly trying to live out this quote based on some of her client stories.
Prior to joining the firm, Crystal served as a controller at Campero USA for two years. She began her accounting career in 2008 when she worked her way up from audit staff to audit manager at a Big Four accounting firm.
Crystal attributes much of her success to her diligence and willingness to learn from every opportunity. Described by peers as positive and cheerful, she was inspired by her mother, who was also an accountant, to go into the field.
Crystal was born and raised in Korea. For a period of time, she lived in Saipan. Crystal initially came to the U.S. for one year, which has now turned into many. She currently resides in Carrollton, Texas with her husband, Kevin, and their two children, Covenant and Precious. Outside of the office, Crystal can be found spending time with her children or volunteering at her church.
