“I work hard to ensure I am always available whenever a client or teammate might need to call on me.”
Kevin joined Goldin Peiser & Peiser in 2017 and currently serves as a tax partner. His responsibilities include federal and state tax compliance and consulting in the manufacturing, retail, restaurant and construction industries. Kevin’s extensive previous experience includes 11 years in public accounting, with five years each at Ernst & Young LLP and Montgomery Coscia Greilich LLP, and 15 years in operations with United Supermarkets LLC.
A passionate and trustworthy professional, Kevin attributes his success in accounting to his hard work and determination. He is always willing to go the extra mile for his clients. Kevin once assisted a client with the restructuring of their company to maximize tax savings and enhance attractiveness for a future prospective buyer. Another time, he worked to amend multiple years of state returns for a logistics company, electing a different methodology that resulted in hundreds of thousands of dollars in tax savings. Kevin likes to recount his experience at Texas Tech University when he was suspended from college due to his lack of commitment. When he returned to school, he had transformed from someone who was not interested in school into a student with a renewed focus on what was important to him. As a result, he made excellent grades throughout the remainder of his academic career.
Kevin’s favorite quote, from H. D. Snell, is a good description of his current outlook: “With ordinary talent and extraordinary perseverance, all things are attainable.”
Kevin currently resides in Frisco, Texas with his wife, Shannon, his two daughters, Mackenzie and Melanie, and their French bulldog, Pixie. His hobbies include Texas Tech athletics, fantasy football, all things Disney and roller coasters.
